We Do Not Accept returns due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons.

REFUND POLICY:

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL*** WE WILL ONLY REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE INACCURATE OR WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY TO THE ORDER DETAILS.

Refunds 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products.

Due to some of our products being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to Support@paragnhaircosmetics.com and the correct item will be sent within 2 business days.

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the ROYAL MAIL and follow all of their directions via their website. ROYAL MAIL.COM

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY - FRIDAY WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS (2 Business Days during our Sales). ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Fees: These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes or availing themselves to receive order, we will NOT refund.
