Customs & Duties

PARAGON Hair & Cosmetics does not cover any import duty costs. The customer need to pay customs or import duties when the order reaches their country. These fees are out of PARAGON’S control and we cannot be held responsible for this extra tax. Customs may also delay the delivery of orders until duties are paid.

We aim to process and ship order within 1-3 business days depending on shipping option. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
